River Oaks District Grand Opening

We are so excited to announce the sevenfriday replica grand opening of the River Oaks District! We have been working on this 285,000+ square foot project since 2012. This development takes up 14 acres and includes a five-story office building, luxury movie theater, three different one-story retail buildings, and one two-story retail building.

Houston Fire Station No.84 is Complete

We are excited to release a Audemars Piguet Royal Oak replica watches photo from the newly completed Houston Fire Station No. 84. The Fire Station was completed 3 months ago and can support 4 shifts of 16 people. We worked with BRW Architects, Inc. on this project and the photographer was Mr. Michael Lyon.

Whole Foods on Voss Road is Now Complete

We are excited to release a photo from the newly completed Whole Foods on Voss Road. This relocated 49,000sf Whole Foods is twice the size of the Woodway location and all the wood for this project was sourced within 500  miles of the store. We worked with Boucher Design Group on this project and the photographer was Mr. Geoffrey Lyon.

Alvin ISD - Shirley Dill Brothers Elementary School breaks ground!

Alvin ISD broke ground on their 17th elementary school, Shirley Dill Brothers. The new school will be apprixomately 1000,000 square feet and accommodate 800 students.

The school is named for Shirley Brothers, a longtime AISD employee who helped establish the district’s communications department in 1985. Brothers worked in the district for more than 40 years in various roles, including special education teacher.

Levy Park Grand (re)Opening!

Our office attended the grand (re)opening of Levy Park last Saturday. One of the challenging parts of this project was the design of the curved roof on the outdoor stage (photo on bottom left). A big congratulations to The Office of James Burnett on creating such a one of a kind park!

Pope Elementary School Wins 5 Stars from TASA/TASB

We a pleased to announce that Cypress - Fairbanks ISD - Pope Elementary School has been awarded five stars from TASA/TASB. The school was designed using the Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS) guidelines and also includes Cypress-Fairbanks desire for an open concept plan. Pope Elementary also includes a two-story library at the heart of the school and a lakeside view. This project has also won the Outstanding Project Award by Learning by Design.

HCC San Jacinto Memorial Building Wins 2 Stars from TASA/TASB

We a pleased to announce that the renovation of the HCC San Jacinto Memorial building has been awarded two stars from TASA/TASB. The San Jacinto Building, originally constructed in 1914, served as a High School until 1981 with HCC purchased the school. The school has had two major additions in its life and a number of renovations. This renovation consisted of redeveloping the building into academic and administrative rooms, replacing all MEP systems, new interior, and restoring the exterior of the building. The project also consisted of an addition to the gymnasium. In addition to being recognized by TASA/TASB the San Jacinto Building has also been awarded a Landmark Award and a Good Brick Award.

Hyatt Place in Houston Galleria is Complete

We are thrilled to announce the completion of Hyatt Place in the Houston Galleria. This project consisted of a new 12 story hotel, which has approximately 157 rooms. There are nine floors of guest rooms, as well as a 24-hour fitness center, meeting space, business center and round the clock dining options.

St. James Office Building is Complete

We are thrilled to announce the completion of St. James Office Building. This project consisted of a new 15 story Class A office building located just northwest of the Galleria area in Houston, Texas. The first six floors are used for parking, while the remaining nine floors make up the office space. The total area is approximately 295,000 square feet.

The building has an energy-efficient design with a goal of achieving LEED Silver certification.
